I received the following E-Mail from Eng. Amr YOUSSEF
Please Doctor , I have a question :
In Sheet (2) , problem (5) , Part b) , sub-part iv) :
When end devices B& D are connected via 100 Mbps link (Full Duplex ) >>> They can talk to each other by this Rate (100 Mbps) .
and other end devices may talk to each other simultaneously with any combinations resulting in ; Rate : 10 +10 =20 Mbps , hence ,
Maximum Throughput = 2 * (100 + 20 ) = 240 Mbps .
However , In solution attached on Moodle : Maximum Throughput = 2 * 30 = 60 Mbps .
Am I misunderstanding ? or true ?
Thanks in-advance .
I checked this part on the posted "Sheet_2 Solution Summary", and the remarks above are correct. A new version of the file is being posted.
